Practice Management Workshops
An Exciting New Education Program for Practice Owners and Managers!
CPA is excited to announce a new e-learning program for current practice owner/managers and those who are interested in opening their own practice.
These interactive, online workshops are designed to equip physiotherapy practice owners and managers with the necessary business skills to ensure their practices grow and prosper.
How does it work?
Each 90-minute workshop will explore a core business concept or skill. Workshops are held online and will allow participants an opportunity to interact with the instructor and fellow participants and may include pre-reading or preparatory exercises to enhance the learning experience – allowing participants an opportunity to practice concepts before applying them to their facilities.
In our inaugural series, we will examine topics in Human Resources. Custom-tailored for physiotherapists who currently employ or wish to employ other individuals, these sessions will cover practices and techniques considered essential for owners of small- and medium-sized businesses. All sessions have been developed in collaboration with industry-recognized experts in Human Resource Management and Law.
All sessions take place Mondays at 6:00 - 7:30 PM Eastern Time, unless otherwise specified.
Registration for each workshop is $110 and includes all session materials and preparatory resources, access to the live session and to the session recording.
